Sunday in Germany

We made our German breakfast this morning but still ended up pulling out the corn flakes, go figure. The girls love the milk here. I'm wondering if it tastes different because it is bottled in glass.

We attended a Sunday morning concert that took place outside of a hospital/nursing home.  The music was beautiful and the smell of pipe tobacco lingered in the air.

This stone barn which is 350 to 400 years old is right next to where we are staying.  This dairy farmer has on a green wool hat.  He was trudging up to his mooing girls that were waiting to be milked.  It seemed that we were in a historical re-enactment but nope this was the real deal.

The girls could not pass up the opportunity to run up and down a grass covered hill.

Cyclists were around every corner.  Jason, you would love biking from one small town to the next.

Annie, Indi, Lydi, Johanna, Ireland
and Karoline
We couldn't help ourselves and had to go back to Bad Tolz for more gelato.  The girls  are learning to order for themselves.  Indi and Ireland will learn to speak more clearly as they were served only one scoop while Annie   walked away with a double dip.

The girls were invited to go swimming and also learned how to walk on a tight rope.  Their new friends spoke some English which made conversation easier.
